What starts as a Business Manager role has the potential to evolve into a C-suite leadership position, such as General Manager, Chief of Staff, or an equally prestigious role. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and finances
• Immersing yourself in all aspects of the business, from logistics to marketing
• Collaborating with founder/directors to shape business strategy and growth
• Implementing process improvement initiatives and seeking opportunities for growth
• Leading hiring efforts and nurturing team development
• Being an active, hands-on member of our close-knit team
• Embrace our ethos of "see it, own it, solve it, do it, become part of the solution," where every team member takes ownership of their actions, proactively addresses challenges, and actively contributes to our collective success

Here’s what your experience may look like:

• Strong background in business operations
• Proven leadership or mentorship experience
• Track record of effectively managing stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to establish internal processes
• Excellent understanding of financial management
• Comprehensive knowledge of all business functions and what it takes to drive success
• Experience in ecommerce and/or direct-to-consumer (D2C) business models
• Bonus points for diverse and impactful life experiences!
