Our client is the developer and service provider of a market leading Human Resources product and delivers paperless business process management and interactive forms solutions. They have developed a strong reputation for high quality, innovative and customisable SaaS solutions and a positive customer service culture. Due to strong market growth, they have an opportunity available for an Implementation HR Specialist / Account Manager to join their small but dynamic team in the CBD.

Working closely with a variety of government and large businesses, you will be part of an energetic team made up of creative, technical professionals who develop and implement cutting-edge HR products. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for successfully managing the implementation of client projects from scoping, analysis, delivery to post completion review. You will have exceptional communication skills, a solutions focused mindset and an ability to build strong trusting relationships with customers.

The core role responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with all levels of a client's management structure and to all appropriate business stakeholders, ensuring that all requirements are captured and documented
  • Analyse, review and edit business requirements, specifications, business processes and make suggested recommendations related to proposed solution
  • Develop functional specifications and system design specifications and workflows for client engagements
  • Work closely with clients to identify required changes and present and demonstrate business solutions to existing and potential clients
  • Manage multiple project deadlines and implementation schedules to deliver solutions on time and within budget

Key qualities & experiences required:

  • Experience in a HR operational or Technical Account Management
  • Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and inclusive nature
  • High sense of urgency and deadline driven
